A few years ago Tricia Driscoll helped us buy our first rental home in the Currituck Club. This month she helped us sell that home as we are no longer able to enjoy trips back to OBX. While we were miles away in another state, Tricia helped us with each step of the sales process. Her communication with us and potential buyer’s agents was always professional and timely. Buying a house is right up there with my decision to retire… stressful. There is all kinds of moving parts that have to be considered and finances are a big part of it all. So a realtor that’s a good fit is important. Tricia knowledge about the market whether it’s selling or buying are spot on. One of the most impressive things that I found was Tricia’s communication.
