I grew up in a real estate family on the Outer Banks and my mom, Debby Garcia, owned a real estate firm in Duck. Summers during college I worked construction which helps during the under contract to closing process when home inspection issues have to be dealt with. I have unmatched local knowledge on real estate and the good fishing spots, surf breaks and all the beach accesses for every community on the OBX. When people ask me "do you know a guy…" the answer is always yes absolutely and more importantly, I get them to show up for the job!
I grew up in Elizabeth City and vacationed on the Outer Banks in the summers. After graduating from college with a degree in Communications and a concentration in Public Relations and have the qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional.
